Just as the overnight fire staffing crew was settling in the Department was alerted to fluids down on the roadway on Adams Street in the Borough. Rescue 98 responded and arrived onscene within two minutes to find a vehicle which had leaked transmission fluid. The driver was able to get the vehicle in a parking spot but fluid had leaked onto the roadway. Crews spread oil dry to mitigate the situation returning to the station for the rest of the evening.
