As the Friday evening rush was in full swing MICU 83-4 & Rescue 98 were dispatched assisting the Liberty Fire Company for an auto accident at S. Wall Street & Pikeland Avenue in Spring City Borough. Crews arrived to find two vehicles blocking the intersection with fluids from the vehicles leaking onto the roadway. Fire crews contained the immediate hazards while EMS evaluated the occupants of the vehicles. Crews cleared the scene in just over 30 minutes returning to service.
