Last night Ladder 98 and crew were relocated to the Lower Providence Fire Department's main station to cover calls while they and other assisting departments continued to battle the Salters Ski Shop fire. Ladder 98 stayed at Station 53 until midnight so that their crews could get a much needed rest. Joining the crew from RFD was Upper Gwynedd with Squad 80.

Our thoughts are with all those affected by the fire yesterday. The number of units needed onscene was a true example why no call is routine.
