For this weeks training crews had an opportunity to utilize our "Forcible Entry Prop" to hone and polish their skills. Crews utilized a standard "married set" of tools which is a flat head axe and a halligan bar. Additionally personnel were able to practice with more technical tools like the Hyrdo Ram & the "K" tool which can be used to force open locked metal doors and the lock assembly to access commercial buildings. Having training equipment which allows members to train as close as possible to a real scenario makes the training more effective and applicable to situations we commonly encounter.
