Last night RFD members trained with the other companies that cover Upper Providence Township for a joint training. Crews from all of the agencies were split and worked through multiple skill stations. Crews rotated through 4 scenarios, each representing a possible position crews could encounter a vehicle at an accident scene. RFD officers had a car on the side and taught/ trained on a technique called a tie-back.
