RFD units were dispatched to assist Liberty Fire Company of Spring City on a structure fire shortly after 3:30am on Monday morning January 2nd. Ladder 98 and Rescue 98 responded to assist. Initial reports indicated that the occupants of the home were trapped inside.

The occupants of the home were removed and treated by EMS. Their condition is not available at this time.

The cause of the fire is under investigation by the Chester County Fire Marshal's Office. Royersford units cleared the scene just before 5:00 am.
