A two vehicle accident on 422 in Upper Providence Township brought both Fire and & EMS Divisions of RFD to the highway along with Black Rock Volunteer Fire Company. Units arrived to find the vehicles on the roadway prompting the westbound shoulder and right lane to be closed while responders were onscene. EMS evaluated the occupants to find minor injuries with all parties being treated onscene and refusing transport to the hospital. The highway was reopened to full traffic flow after the vehicles were removed.
