At the end of October Hookies Bar and Grill Room, the social club for Royersford Fire Department, had special visitors stop by for a tour. Pace-O-Matic founder and CEO Michael Pace and his wife, Karmin met with Craig Schell, Hookies Manager and RFD Trustee to hear how skill games have created opportunities within the Department. Pace-O-Matic develops, produces, and licenses legally compliant games which generate revenue for Hookies Bar which is passed onto the Department to fund the Fire & EMS Divisions. Recently the Department approved and began renovations to update an area of the Green Street station from an outdated and hardly used space to a state of the art meeting room which can also be used for training sessions. A portion of the funds for this project was allocated from the skill games developed and leased by Pace-O-Matic.

We thank Pace-O-Matic and their team for stopping by to see how their technology is being used to support the firefighters and EMS providers in the Spring-Ford Community!
