This week's training session brought together RFD and Liberty Fire Company debriefing two recent incidents. These types of debriefs are important to recap the events of the incident, highlight successes, and also identify areas of improvement. These incidents are dynamic with many factors playing into decisions and tactics and allowing an objective look back makes everyone better in the future for #OneTeamOneMission.
