During the overnight hours Engine 98 was requested to assist Ridge Fire Company in West Vincent Township in Chester County. Units from Chester, Montgomery, and Berks Counties worked collectively to track down the fire which appeared to be electrical in nature. Engine 98 returned to Royersford after being released by command.
