Apparatus from Royersford and Upper Providence Township were dispatched to the intersection of Roboda Boulevard and Springertown Road for a rescue. Reports indicated a lawn mower had overturned into a ditch trapping the operator underneath the machine. Units descended on the area with Fire and EMS working hand-in-hand to develop an extrication and treatment plan with included RFD & UPT Medical Director Dr. Schiffer who responded to the scene. The operator was freed from the machine and transported by EMS for continuing treatment.
