Mid-morning Thursday Engine 98 was dispatched assisting on Wensel Circle in Limerick Township for a dwelling fire. The crew from Royersford was dispatched along with Collegeville Fire Company Engine 34 to assist with manpower and overhaul at the scene. Overhaul on the fireground is the process of working through debris and materials ensuring all the heat sources have been extinguished as well as savaging as much property as possible. Engine 98 was released from the scene returning to Royersford around noon.
