For the final training session of 2019, the RFD personnel worked on communications and team building skills.

Following a quick review of the Montgomery County radio system and use of the portable radios everyone was divided into groups and given Lego sets. The obstacle presented is only half the group had instructions and a photo of what they were building. Directions to assemble the sets were communicated from the second floor who had the pictures and instructions to the first floor who were working without visual aids. Crews quickly found out the task presented was not as easy as it sounds.
