Saturday was a busy day for the members of RFD as Upper Providence Township Community Day was in full swing! Ladder 98 and 325-2 were onsite at Anderson Farm Park joining our partners from the other agencies who serve Upper Providence Township. Rescue 98, Engine 99-1, and Ladder 77 were also in tow answering 911 calls in the township while Community Day was ongoing. Attendees were treated to a plethora of firetrucks & ambulances with responders from Royersford, Trappe, Collegeville, Black Rock, and Upper Providence Township DFES answering all your fire and EMS questions. Crews from RFD were committed for rough five and a half hours interacting with the community and manning the fire prevention tent.
