MICU 83-2 was dispatched to their fourth call of the shift at 2:45pm for an auto accident in East Vincent Township. Also dispatched to the 900 block of West Bridge Street was the Liberty Fire Company (Station 63) and East Vincent Township Police Department. Units arrived to find a one vehicle accident with the vehicle striking a utility pole along the roadway and all occupants out of the vehicle. The crew of MICU 83-2 requested a second ambulance due to the number of occupants in the vehicle bringing Montgomery County MICU 325-3 to the scene from the Green Street station in Royersford. While EMS evaluated all the occupants, fire personnel contained any hazards and closed West Bridge Street between the Wawa & HIllside Drive. All units cleared the scene and the road was reopened after approximately one hour.
