The EMS Division is proud to add another EMT to the roster! Our very own Kristen Kelly who came onboard in November 2018 joining our Paratransit unit recently graduated from Good Fellowship Ambulance & EMS Training Institute's EMT program. After graduating from the program she then successfully passed the National Registry testing process to obtain her state certification as an Emergency Medical Technician. Kristen has been a Volunteer Firefighter at Jefferson Fire Company in West Norriton since 2010 and cites the events on September 11th, 2001 as her drive to become involved with emergency services. In addition to her time at Jefferson Fire Company and Friendship she also coaches Junior Varsity Cheerleading at Spring-Ford. Kristen is on her way climbing the EMS ladder to her dream job as a flight medic.

Kristen over the next handful of weeks will begin to ride-along with our ambulance crews orientating to her new role as an EMS provider within the 911 division of the department. Congratulations to Royersford Fire Department's newest EMT Kristen Kelly!
