Just before 8pm on Saturday evening the Fire Division responded to a malfunctioning elevator in the Pointe at River Glen development. The elevator partially stopped between the 2nd and 3rd floors required members to override the doors to the unit to free the stuck passenger. Crews operated onscene of a short period of time before releasing the incident to building maintenance.
