Despite the cold March temperatures outside Royersford Fire crew members practiced simulated events inside the station where a two member team had to gain entry to a building and then advance a hose line down a hallway. Being able to incorporate multiple training tools such as the forcible entry door and then hose line advancement helps members to stay sharp even when winter decides to stay a little longer than expected.
