As some of you may have seen and heard through various community groups, one of our RFD families is battling metastatic cancer which has flipped their lives upside down. Daniel, son of our amazing videographer and firefighter Adam Alberico, has been fighting against this diagnosis and is currently admitted at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania while they work to develop a treatment plan moving forward. As you can imagine there's a mountain of information to absorb and digest and the family has been at his side from day one.

Royersford Fire Department's family extends not only to just our members but to their family too. When one of us is facing hardship, difficulties, or what seems like an impossible task we rally and find ways to help. Starting today through April 4th we will be selling RFD (Royersford Fights with Daniel) shirts showing our support standing alongside Daniel, Adam, and the entire Alberico family. 100% of the profits will be donated directly to the Alberico family to offset financial impacts.

How it works: We will be selling shirts via the Bob Hilbert Sportswear website at the link below through April 4th with the sale being broken into two batches. Orders placed before March 14th will be delivered on or before March 23rd. Orders received between March 15th and April 4th will be delivered on or before April 13th.

Pickup/Shipping Information: Orders selected for pickup will be delivered to our station at 299 Walnut Street and distributed via drive-up event which will be announced when the shirts are received. You can elect to have your shirt shipped directly to you which will add shipping costs to your order.

Today RFD isn't just short for Royersford Fire Department, it also stands for Royersford Fights with Daniel. As a Department we stand alongside Daniel and the entire family as they traverse this challenge. Thank you Royersford for being so amazing and standing with us as we support one of our own.
