RFD Assists Limerick Fire Dept. On A Building Fire

Yesterday at 1526 hrs Engine 98 was dispatched to assists the Limerick Fire Department on a dwelling fire off of West Ridge Pike. Arriving on scene Chief 54 had heavy smoke coming from the roof. At 1536 hrs units from Limerick, Trappe & Linfield had the fire under control. Engine 98 arrived and assisted with overhaul. Engine 98 was released back into service after being on scene for an hour.
